On 29 January 2024, leading experts from the Food System Economics Commission (FSEC) unveiled a new economic model that maps the impacts of two possible futures for the global food system.

The Food System Economics Commission is a joint initiative that brings together 21 commissioners from 19 global institutions. The Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and the Food and Land Use Coalition are lead research partners and EAT is the lead communications and engagement partner.
